Pricing questions

  • Is the $99 fee really $0 right now?

    Yes. The $99 per-tournament platform fee is fully waived during our current launch offer. You can run a complete tournament without paying a platform fee, only standard transaction fees on payments apply.

  • What exactly do the transaction fees cover?

    They cover payment processing on money collected through TMP: 4.25% on credit card payments and 2.5% on ACH/bank transfers. Fees are only charged on successful payments — if no money moves, there’s no fee.

  • Can I pass the fees on to teams?

    Yes. You can add the transaction fee as a line item at checkout so registrants cover it. It’s your call per tournament.

  • Are there really no other charges?

    Correct, no monthly fees, no team registration fee, no online check-in fee, no start-up fees, and no minimums. The transaction fee is the only cost while the platform fee is waived.

  • What happens when the launch offer ends?

    The platform fee returns to $99 per tournament. We’ll give existing clubs plenty of notice, and the transaction fees stay the same either way.
